Kelly Thornton-SHRM-CP, CEO:  Kelly has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Management from Indiana University.  She spent 7 years from 2002-2009 starting and growing a profitable online scrapbook store.  In 2005, she published her first book, "How to Start and Maintain A Successful Online Buiness".  In 2019, Kelly passed her SHRM-CP exam, enforcing her desire and knowledge in the HR field.  She has done extensive training in employee engagement, front line leadership, compliance alignment, and all other aspects of HR processes.  She is creative in designing award winning handbooks, documents, tracking systems, and interactive planning and engagement tools.  She is OSHA10 certified and a certified 401K Fiduciary.  She currently is the Communication Director for Michiana SHRM and for HR Indiana SHRM.

Kelly will be starting her MBA, Human Resource Management studies at Davenport University in the fall of 2020.
